browsing the site of my friend puelo in the botton i see a strange button for donate, then i click and i enter to pledgie.

i think it’s a great site to canalize the donation, there you can request any amount of money, and describe for what you going to use the money. also, can see the donor list and check the amount of donator what you have. also the dashboard it’s very intuitive and you can manage several donation campaigns. the money go directly to your paypal account, pledgie dont manage the money, that give you the security what you always going to be the owner of the money.

i sign up in the system and i start a donation campaign:

the amount it’s high, but it’s what i need to grow up my business and dedicate full time to my projects. if 10.000 person donated $1 my dreams can come true

so, i recommend this system if you need or want to request donation
