Microsoft win and OOXML it’s a standard

Hi,

i read in barrapunto what in a press release from Microsoft say the OOXML format has been approved by ISO to make a standard. if it’s true (surely it’s true, only need to wait the confirmation from the ISO), it’s another proof about the dirty technique of Microsoft  to  keep her monopoly, more dirty than ever with the disaster what are he new operating system (vista A.K.A windows ME :p ).

making the OOXML a standard, Microsoft can use it to get business with the governmental organism appealing this it’s a standard (when the format have too many technical problems and already exist a  better format, approved for the ISO (the ODF) and it’s open source).

now the question it’s, how the ISO has been approved this format? the answer: Microsoft has been invested too many millions to “convince” to the ISO member what this format it’s necessary.

i think this really affect, no only the open source, what have the ODF format, also the credibility of ISO in the task to approve standards.

it’s a show of why exist the open source to erase this action and conducts from the development of software and app and to bring in equality of condition to all the mankind the best technically and evolved informatics products, only with the propose to evolve, not to make more richer with dirty techniques and speculation.

now, more than ever, keep support the opensource !!

Regards,

Shadow.
